From opportunity to execution

The right levers.
Consistently executed.

Moonfield identifies the highest-value growth levers within your business — and takes responsibility for turning them into measurable results. Through better systems, automation and AI.

The real problem

Ideas are rarely the problem.
Ownership is.

Most companies already know where their opportunities are. Too often, they remain good intentions. What is usually missing is not another analysis, but someone who identifies the few growth levers that truly matter and takes responsibility until they become measurable business results.

01

Strategies that never leave the drawer.

Thoughtful analysis. Beautiful slides. Very little changes.

02

Advisors who leave before the real work begins.

Recommendations are handed over. The responsibility stays with you.

03

Projects without clear ownership.

Many people are involved. No one is accountable for the outcome.

This is where Moonfield steps in.

Our promise

We take responsibility
where others end their work.

Moonfield connects strategy and execution. Reports are working tools — not the result. Software is a means — never the purpose. Hours measure effort — not impact. We take responsibility for growth — measured in results, not in presentations.

From opportunity to execution.

Why Moonfield exists

Responsibility begins with execution.

That conviction shapes every decision we make.

We execute what we recommend.

Responsibility that doesn't end with the advice — it begins there.

We solve business problems.

Software and methods are means — never the point.

We choose deliberately before we act.

A clear focus creates more impact than many parallel initiatives.

We stay until the result is measurable.

Until an opportunity has become real business value.

That same conviction shapes how we work.

How we work

How opportunities become results.

Understand

We begin by understanding your business before discussing solutions.

Focus

From many possibilities to clear priorities.

Execute

We stay until measurable results emerge.

When clarity comes first: the assessment.

Before we execute, we create focus.

01 · The starting point

Growth Opportunity Assessment

Clarity on your
decisive levers.

In the assessment, we build a shared basis for decisions in just a few weeks: Where is economic value created? Which levers deserve priority? And what will it take to execute them?

A prioritised view of the levers that truly matter.
An honest evaluation by value, effort, risk and impact.
A solid basis for execution.
Built for execution.

The working basis for execution.

02 · The work

Growth Execution

Focus becomes impact.

Once the direction is clear, execution begins. Moonfield brings the prioritised levers into your business — with your team, in your systems, on real processes.

You keep the final say. We take responsibility for turning focus into measurable progress.

03 · The long view

Growth Partnership

Growth doesn't end
with a project.

When the first levers take hold, the next chapter begins: spotting new opportunities, sharpening priorities and carrying execution through.

Moonfield stays alongside companies on an ongoing basis — discreet, entrepreneurial, and only as long as we create measurable value.

Continuous progress. Without dependency.

Run the numbers yourself

What would be possible for you?

Three typical use cases from our solution catalogue. Set your numbers — and see instantly what automation means economically.

Proposals in minutes, not hours.

The finished proposal draft is generated from the enquiry and your CRM data. Your team reviews and sends — instead of writing. Faster to the customer, consistent quality.

Savings per year
Hours per year ≈ full-time roles

Customer requests that answer themselves.

Recurring requests get a precise answer instantly — around the clock. Your team focuses on the cases that need judgement.

Starting point

Qualified enquiries from expensive campaigns sat unanswered for days — the sales team was simply at capacity.

Implementation

A CRM audit, then automation: enquiries are captured, qualified, routed and answered immediately. Live within a few weeks.

Today

Response time under one hour. No qualified lead is left waiting — without a single new hire.

Discretion is part of how we work: we don't parade client results by name — and the same confidentiality will protect your numbers, too. In a personal conversation, we substantiate every one of these references.

Two entry points · Two ongoing models

Start where it fits.

Two entry points — the fixed-price automation or the assessment. Two ongoing models — Execution and Partnership. Each stands on its own; you decide the next step, never us.

The typical starting point Entry · one-time

Growth Opportunity Assessment

For companies that want clarity first.

CHF 6,000 one-time · results within a few weeks
  • You know which initiatives hold the greatest economic leverage across your entire company.
  • You understand the investment, impact and priority of every opportunity.
  • You get a concrete basis for deciding your next steps.

Our commitment: if the assessment doesn't identify annual potential of at least seven times its price, you pay nothing. Potential means the confidence-weighted expected value based on jointly confirmed baseline data.

You then decide freely — implement yourself, implement with Moonfield, or combine both.

Ongoing model

Growth Execution

For companies that want to accelerate execution with focus.

from CHF 9,000 / month · initial three-month term, then pause or cancel monthly
2 of 5 places available
  • One active initiative — live every 4–6 weeks on average.
  • Proven solutions from our catalogue — systems, automation and AI, adapted to your processes.
  • Start directly — even without an assessment, when the direction is clear.

A completed assessment is credited in full.

Ongoing model

Growth Partnership

For companies with several areas, locations or grown system landscapes.

from CHF 18,000 / month · initial three-month term, then pause or cancel monthly
1 of 2 places available
  • Complex work included — legacy-system integrations, custom architectures, cross-departmental processes.
  • Full care included — project leadership, operation, monitoring and support of your entire system and automation landscape.
  • Quarterly reassessment of your levers — priorities and roadmap stay current.

A completed assessment is credited in full.

The assessment quantifies your potential in a traceable, conservative way — confidence-weighted, based on your numbers. In the sample report: over one million francs per year.

The monthly fee depends on the capacity you book. Billed monthly by invoice — no credit card. Both monthly models begin with an initial three-month term; after that you can pause or cancel monthly. Moonfield deliberately works with a limited number of companies at a time, so responsibility remains meaningful.

Common questions

What you should know before starting.

Who owns what Moonfield builds?

You do. Completely. Every automation, workflow and configuration is built in your systems and belongs to your company — including after a pause or the end of our collaboration. Third-party licences run directly in your name.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays your data. We work in line with the Swiss FADP and GDPR and use business terms with AI providers under which customer data is not used to train models. Hosting is in Switzerland or the EU wherever possible — and we disclose transparently which tools are used in each engagement.

How much of our time does the assessment take?

Around three to four hours of leadership time: a structured questionnaire and two conversations. We handle the rest — working with the information that already exists, without disrupting your day-to-day business.

What happens if we pause or stop?

Everything that was built keeps running in your systems. After the initial three-month term you can pause or stop monthly — a pause only halts further development, operation and optimisation by Moonfield, not your automations. That is exactly what we mean by: continuous progress, without dependency.

Which systems does Moonfield work with?

With your existing landscape — including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Slack, and common ERP and accounting systems. We build with your systems, not against them.

Do we need our own IT department?

No. Moonfield handles implementation, operation and the onboarding of your team. Where internal IT exists, we involve it — where it doesn't, it isn't needed.

Do we have to start with the assessment?

No. Both entry points and both ongoing models stand on their own. If you already know where it hurts, start directly with implementation. The assessment makes sense when priorities are still unclear — and is credited in full if you continue with Moonfield.

How quickly will we see results?

The first automation is typically live after two to four weeks. An assessment delivers a complete, quantified basis for decisions within a few weeks — you can view sample pages of the report right in the assessment section.

Why a limited number of places?

Because responsibility doesn't scale like slide decks. Moonfield takes on real implementation responsibility per company — that only works with a few engagements at a time. In return you get pace, depth and a partner who knows your business.
